On July 19, 2017, the Academy of the Silver held in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, an extraordinary session of incorporation of the academician of number Dr. Guillermo Alejandro Lousteau Heguy. The new scholar, who occupies the seat of R. P. Dr. Ismael Quiles S.J., was presented by the scholar Dr. Adalberto Rodríguez Giavarini who spoke on the subject: “Towards a deconsolidation of democracy?”. The session was headed by the President of the Academy of Silver, Dr. Ludovico Videla.
