Congresswoman Tibán is Juris Doctor, performs as attorney in Ecuador’ Justice Courts; she holds a masters degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Indigenous Affairs, from FLASCO Ecuador; She also holds a master degree in Economy from Universidad de Las Américas, and a Human Rights diploma from CIESAS of México. She lead in her región for the “NO” vote in recent popular referendum.
The disertation washeld in The Coral Gables Museun, 285 Aragón Avenue, Coral Gables, at 5.00 p.m. Monday May 23. Attendance was by invitation only.
