“THE FORGOTTEN ONES: VICTIMS OF TERRORISM”

Victoria Eugenia Villarruel is an Argentinean attorney, President of the Latin-American Federation for the Victims of Terrorism, Vice-President of the Human Rights Foundation in Argentina, and has specialized in the analysis of terrorism and its victims in Latin America. She has participated in numerous meetings and conferences of institutions which defend human rights, and has published the book called “Los llaman jóvenes idealistas”.

“Temas” is a monthly cycle of the Interamerican Institute for Democracy, with special guests in order to promote democracy in Latin America.
