The forum was attended by the Institute’s Directors and special guests and moderated on this occasion by Dr. Guillermo Lousteau. The discussion focused on the various connotations associated with the concepts of Imperialism and Anti-Imperialism and gave a historical overview of the topic, followed by a discussion of current issues.
