INTER-AMERICAN INSTITUTE FOR DEMOCRACY
PUBLIC COMPLAINT OF FORGERY, IMPERSONATION OF INSTITUTIONS AND PEOPLE AND USE OF COUNTERFEIT INSTRUMENT
Under the name of "Human Progressivism", this alleged organization under the responsibility of "Neal Cassady Bormann" has proceeded to publish and disseminate from a website a document entitled "Strategic Plan for Bolivia", attributing it to: the Interamerican Institute for Democracy, The Fund for American Studies, FTI Consulting and Democratic Internationalism, and mentioning political figures of the United States.
On this particular, the Interamerican Institute for Democracy declares and denounces:
1. That such a document is false, there has never been any meeting for that purpose, such a document has never been made, and we do not know, nor do we have any connection with neither FTI Consulting nor Democratic Internationalism.
2. That the document entitled "Strategic Plan for Bolivia" is counterfeit and as such a criminal instrument, with impersonation of institutions and of individuals. That its authors have committed such crimes and the use of forged instrument for political purposes and for ransom.
3. That the Interamerican Institute for Democracy maintains relations of coordination with American Liberty Forum with the purpose of organizing events for the defense of freedom and democracy in Washington DC, and neither our institution nor our representatives have discussed matters mentioned in the forged document.
4. We are denouncing this issue before the federal authorities in the United States for the investigation and prosecution of the authors; also to investigate whether "Humane Liberalism" is a legally constituted institution, who its representatives are, if their indicated domicile is true, and if "Neal Cassady Bormann" is a person of real existence or criminal creation.
